Job Description:

Zwartz is looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager for the DACH region with a passion for textiles and packaging materials. Our ideal candidate easily connects with new customers, maintains existing client and agent relationships, and has knowledge of the market through relevant work experience. You are able to transform your activities into concrete sales results.

Additionally, you are responsible for gathering trends and information from the market. In this way, we determine the optimal product alignment and design of our collection together with you. A good collaboration with our internal sales team, which supports you, is an important aspect of your role.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly visiting (potential) customers;
  • Exploring new markets;
  • Market research in terms of optimal form and presentation for our products;
  • Sales analysis and contributing to our sales strategy;
  • Clear communication with the internal service team regarding orders and customer contact.

Your Profile:

  • Sales run deep in your veins;
  • You have an open and accessible personality;
  • You speak and write fluently in Dutch, German, and English. French is a plus;
  • You are independent and can handle freedom and responsibilities well;
  • You have solid knowledge of textiles and packaging materials;
  • You can effectively translate market signals into sales opportunities;
  • You enjoy engaging with existing and new customers, even after setbacks.

What We Offer:

Of course, Zwartz offers you an excellent salary with pension contributions, 25 holiday days, and 13 ADV days based on a 40-hour workweek. Working fewer hours is negotiable, with a minimum of a 32-hour workweek required. As for secondary benefits, you’ll have access to everything that comes with such a position.
