Techniques

In our modern production facility, we utilize three advanced laminating techniques, combining various substrates into high-quality, eco-friendly end products. These are created using thermoplastic adhesives, with all processes adhering to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, ensuring sustainable and reliable production.

Calender technique

Our Calender technique allows for roll-to-roll lamination using a variety of substrates up to 250 cm wide. This method includes advanced options such as powder spreading, infrared heating, and in-line cutting. It’s ideal for creating multi-layered compositions by combining powder, film, web, and net substrates into durable, high-quality products.

Hotmelt technique

The Hotmelt technique offers precise roll-to-roll lamination up to 250 cm wide, with versatile application options like full-surface film coating or dot coating. This method ensures flexibility and breathability in the final product while using eco-friendly thermoplastic adhesives, making it perfect for technical and high-performance laminates.

Flatbed technique

Our Flatbed technique is designed for versatility, accommodating roll-to-roll, roll-to-sheet, and sheet-to-sheet lamination up to 250 cm wide and 15 cm thick. This method includes features like powder spreading, in-line cutting, and active cooling, enabling the creation of complex, multi-layered compositions with precise control over each layer’s properties.

Converting

We provide a full range of post-processing services, including rolling over, cutting, testing, and packaging. Our facility is equipped with advanced converting machines like inspection, wrapping, and cutting tools. Additionally, we offer custom fabrication, including large glass fabric cloths and the addition of features such as Velcro and hems. Whatever your needs, we are ready to deliver tailored solutions efficiently.
