Techniques

In our modern and air-conditioned production hall we have three different laminating techniques under one roof. We use this to combine diverse substrates (including plastics, textiles and nonwovens) into high-quality end products. These are created using various thermoplastic adhesives. Production and inspection are based on the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.

Calender

With our calender technique we laminate from roll to roll with different substrates at a maximum working width of 250 cm. Our machine is equipped with a powder spreader with an infrared field and in-line cutting (edging or cutting narrow rolls) is also one of the extensive options. With this technique we are able to laminate powder, film, web and net substrates to various compositions.

Hotmelt

With our Hotmelt technique we laminate from roll to roll with different substrates at a maximum working width of 250 cm. Our machine is equipped with a multi-pose system. This enables us to laminate technically high-quality products using a smoothing roller or engraving roller. We apply a full-surface film coating with the smoothing roller and apply a dot coating (dot gluing) with the engraving roller. Dot coating can ensure, among other things, the retention of flexibility and a breathable function in products. We process various types of thermoplastic hot melts: from self-adhesive to permanently adhesive.

Flatbed

With our flatbed technique we can laminate from roll to roll, roll to sheet or sheet to sheet with different substrates at a maximum working width of 250 cm and working thickness of 15 cm. This machine is equipped with a powder spreader with infrared field and in-line cutting and active cooling of products are also possible. With this technique we are able to laminate powder, film, web and net substrates to various compositions.

Converting

Do you have specific layout requirements such as rolling over, cutting, testing, packaging and other post-processing of laminated or unlaminated materials? We can also realize these for you. We have various converting machines for this, including an inspection and wrapping machine and a cutter. You can also contact us for the confection of, among other things, glass fabric cloths up to large dimensions. It is possible to add operations or products such as Velcro and a hem.
