Sustainable decorative textiles by Zwartz
Zwartz develops decorative textiles for professional use, drawing on more than 190 years of textile manufacturing experience. Our collections are made from natural materials such as jute, TENCEL™ Lyocell, Sizograss® Paper and decorative fleece. All products are sustainably produced in our own factory in Oldenzaal, the Netherlands. Many of the materials meet strict environmental and safety standards and are certified with OEKO-TEX® or the EU Ecolabel. Whether for retail displays, packaging or creative projects, Zwartz offers reliable decorative solutions — many of which are available directly from stock.
Decorative textile solutions for professionals
Zwartz offers three product lines within the decorative segment, each with its own characteristics and applications.
SIZO® ECO-LINE
The SIZO® ECO-LINE features natural materials such as jute, TENCEL™ Lyocell, Sizograss® Paper and rope. Our jute has been woven in the Netherlands since 1835 and is treated with plant-based spinning oil, which gives it a distinct scent and authentic look. TENCEL™ is derived from wood pulp in a closed-loop process and is fully compostable. Sizograss® Paper blends 40% grass fibre with cellulose and is dried in the sun, making it an energy-efficient and biodegradable option. This collection is ideal for sustainable packaging, table decorations and seasonal displays.
Decorative Fleece
Our fleece collection includes lightweight, versatile materials in a wide range of textures, colours and densities. Popular variants like Sizospin®, Sizoweb®, sizoflor®, sizocloud® and sizolace® offer great flexibility in design and finishing. These nonwoven fabrics are ideal for table runners, floral packaging, gift wrapping and creative, decorative applications.
SIZO® Storage & Planters
The Storage & Planters range includes decorative bags and baskets that can also be used as plant holders. Each item has a biodegradable, waterproof inner lining. Exteriors range from jute and paper to cork and knitted fabrics, often finished with linen trims, metal eyelets or printed designs. This collection is suitable for storage, product display and indoor planting, and is a natural fit for retail or interior projects.
