New finishing machine at Zwartz
Finally, we can announce the newest addition to our machine park: a Brückner stenter. This machine allows us to finish our own fabrics and offer top-tier finishing services for customers who need specialized treatments for their textiles.
Precision finishing, tailored to your needs
Our new machine handles fabrics from 60 cm up to 3.2 meters wide, giving us the flexibility to work with many widths. Whether it’s drying, heat-setting, or applying advanced coatings, this machine ensures every textile meets the highest quality standards.
With this new technology, we can also make textiles water-repellent, fire-retardant, and much more. For some applications, these finishes are essential. Technical textiles that will be used outdoors or fabrics that need fire-retardant properties to meet safety regulations, for example.
Finishing as a service
This machine will not only be used for our own in-house-produced fabrics but also for our customers’ textiles. Thanks to the wide range of applications of the Brückner stenter, it can be used on various types of textiles. The machine can be used to add characteristics to your fabrics.
